Holistic HR offers more than 20 years of experience as both a human resources consultant and "in-house" HR director, primarily with small to mid-sized organizations of up to 100 employees. While we are based in the Washington, DC Metro area, we work with companies across the United States as well as those with international offices.
We are responsive, thoughtful and high-touch in our approach to addressing your organization's people practices. We believe in getting to know the organization and the people within so that we can best serve your needs. We roll up our sleeves and dive into the details, while also acting as a senior thought partner to help support your strategic goals.
Our experience is primarily with non-profits and associations, so we understand the unique needs in considering mission, budget and ensuring transparency for donors and members.
